The SEMS team is about to leave for DILS 2014 in Lisbon. It is the third time we will present our work on model management at this conference (after joining in 2009, Manchester, and 2013, Montreal).
This year, Rebekka Alm will present the results of her Master’s Thesis on feature extraction from arbitrary sets of SBML models (pdf of the paper via Springer, or contact us if you seek further information).
Dagmar Waltemath will present a poster on Identifying, interpreting, and communicating changes in XML-encoded models of biological systems (pdf of the poster paper).
Martin Scharm will be around to answer all questions about model version control, BiVES and BudHat, and the COMBINE Archive.
